an important note about identity
The Regulation Room is a neuro affirming space. There is no gatekeeping here and no rules around who is and isn't considered neurodivergent.
We also welcome neurotypical members who are supporting neurodivergent children/partners etc and/or are simply neurocurious and striving to understand themselves through a more accepting and less judgemental lens.
Oh - and all women are women and NB folk are also very welcome in my spaces.
